For this series I am removing the body
altogether and see whether or not queer form can exist without its evident
use. These soft sculpture assemblage series is an offshoot of my Queer
Monster series
in terms of picking up the formal shapes and techniques that I have
developed. The title refers to George BatailleÕs concept of ÒformlessÓ as a
visual conduit to my sculptures. A strategy to collapse systems of repression
against the body. |
